About us

The history of our dental practice began in the 1940s with Professor Carlo Zerosi: a family tradition of passion for dentistry with deep roots in research and patient care. Carlo's passion, and then his son Adriano's, was passed down to grandchildren Cristiana and Roberto, and is today more alive than ever in the historic Milan office on Via Matteo Bandello, in the centre of Milan.

We are a multidisciplinary dental practice: we put the person at the centre, caring for oral and overall health with a global, aesthetic and functional approach — from prevention to full rehabilitation, with the utmost attention to patient wellbeing.

  • Dental laser

Laser applications across multiple dental procedures: from soft tissue surgery to periodontal therapy, from root canal decontamination to biostimulation. Less invasive treatments, reduced bleeding and faster healing times.

  • Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT)

Latest-generation EMS system for gentle, effective and comfortable professional hygiene. Targeted biofilm removal using erythritol-based powder, minimally abrasive.

  • Computerised anaesthesia

Controlled delivery system ensuring precise dosing and slow, constant injection, eliminating the discomfort of traditional anaesthesia for maximum patient comfort.
